A DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) group is a structured, skills-based therapy group designed to help individuals manage emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies. In these sessions, you'll learn techniques like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to navigate challenges in daily life.

At Overstory Health, our DBT groups typically meet once per week for 90 minutes each session. You will also meet 1-on-1 with your primary therapist for 30-45 minutes weekly for individual therapy.

Our program is designed as a 90-day treatment plan. We focus on providing comprehensive support and skills training to ensure lasting progress.
