At Overstory Health, we understand that healing and recovery look different for everyone. That’s why we offer a virtual Enhance Outpatient Program —a flexible, supportive, and highly effective approach to behavioral health care.

Our Program

What is Overstory’s Enhanced Outpatient Program?

Our Enhanced Outpatient Program is designed for individuals struggling with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or impulsive behaviors who need structured support without the commitment of a full-time program. This 90-day program combines evidence-based DBT group therapy with medication management to help you develop lasting coping strategies and emotional stability.

The Enhanced Outpatient Program includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups, which is a structured, skills-based therapy designed to help individuals manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve relationships. Unlike traditional talk therapy, DBT groups function like a classroom, where participants learn and practice specific techniques to handle life’s challenges.

Our Program Includes:

Virtual DBT Skills Groups: Learn and practice core DBT skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Groups provide structured learning with real-world application.

Medication Management: Work with a psychiatric provider to optimize medications, monitor progress, and support your overall mental health.

Personalized Support: Our team helps you stay on track, applying DBT strategies to your daily life.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is a great fit for adults who:

1. Struggle with intense emotions, mood swings, or difficulty managing stress.

2. Experience self-destructive behaviors or difficulty maintaining relationships.

3. Need more support than individual therapy but don’t require inpatient care.
